MedFit is a healthcare marketplace Darwinbark built to connect patients with clinics, doctors, and diagnostic labs across 15+ cities - clinic visits, home service bookings, online consultations, lab tests, and health packages, backed by a full provider portal for the clinics themselves.

Darwinbark built MedFit as a marketplace with two sides: patients get one directory to find and book a doctor, clinic, or lab test - in person, at home, or online - and providers get a portal to manage their own listing, availability, and incoming bookings without needing to call Darwinbark to make a change. Health packages are listed and bookable the same way as a single lab test, just bundled.
MedFit is structured around Providers (clinics, doctors, and labs), Patients, and Bookings, with a booking type - clinic visit, home service, online consultation, or lab test - determining what the provider portal shows and what the patient sees at checkout. Building it as modules on one core meant adding a new booking type, like online consultations, didn't require reworking how clinic visits or lab tests already worked.

Booking outside business hours. Moving booking online, for clinic visits, home services, and lab tests alike, meant a patient wasn't limited to calling during the clinic's own opening hours.
Giving providers control without giving them a support ticket queue. The provider portal lets a clinic update its own availability and services directly, instead of every change going through a request to Darwinbark.
MedFit now covers 15+ cities of provider listings, with clinics and labs managing their own availability directly through the provider portal instead of relying on manual updates.
