Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your personal data and account information held by Darwinbark Technologies Pvt. Ltd. at any time. This includes data associated with your account, website/CMS content, support tickets, and any WhatsApp Business or contact-form submissions linked to you.

1. What Gets Deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, phone number, billing details).
• Websites, pages, and media you created using our Website Builder/CMS, unless retention is required by law or active billing disputes.
• Support tickets, quote requests, and contact-form submissions tied to your account.

2. What May Be Retained

We may retain limited data where required for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes (e.g. invoices, payment records), even after a deletion request, for the period required by applicable law.

3. How to Request Deletion

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to darwinbark.tech@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including:

• Your registered name and email/phone number.
• The website/subdomain or account username (if applicable).
• Confirmation that you understand this action is permanent for eligible data.

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request to protect against fraudulent deletion attempts.

4. Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted or anonymized.

5. Effect of Deletion

Once processed, you will lose access to your account, published websites, and any content stored on our platform. This action cannot be undone. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately before requesting deletion to avoid further billing.
