This Refund Policy explains how Darwinbark Technologies Pvt. Ltd. handles cancellations and refunds for services purchased through our website, including website/app development projects, CMS & Website Builder subscriptions, and add-on services.
1. Custom Development Projects
- Projects (website, app, or custom development) are typically billed in milestones (e.g. advance, mid-project, final delivery).
- The advance/booking payment is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers planning, design, and resource allocation.
- If a project is cancelled after a milestone has been completed, fees for completed milestones are non-refundable; only payments for work not yet started may be refunded, at our discretion.
2. Subscription-Based Services (Website Builder / CMS)
- Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle (monthly/yearly).
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time to stop future charges; the current billing period remains active until it ends.
- Refunds for subscription plans are considered on a case-by-case basis if requested within 7 days of purchase and the plan has not been substantially used (e.g. site not published, no template/domain activated).
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain name registrations and third-party services purchased on your behalf (SSL, hosting add-ons, premium plugins/templates).
- Setup, customization, or configuration work already delivered.
- Any service explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email darwinbark.tech@gmail.com with your order/invoice details and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider — most issues can be resolved faster directly with our team.
